On the Edgewater Bayfront
The tower stands on the bay in Edgewater, directly beside Margaret Pace Park, and opens onto the Miami Baywalk along more than 800 linear feet of water frontage that runs into the park.
Edgewater is the strip of bayfront between Downtown Miami and the Design District. Wynwood and Midtown sit a few blocks inland, and the Venetian and Julia Tuttle causeways put Miami Beach across the water. The developer's sales gallery is in the neighborhood, a short walk from the site.
Most Edgewater towers look at the bay over a road or a neighbor. This site sits on the Baywalk with the park beside it, which is the reason the ground floor here is a garden and a pool on the water rather than a podium.
