The First Private EDITION Residence Building

EDITION Residences, Miami Edgewater rises 55 stories and 649 feet over Biscayne Bay, beside Margaret Pace Park. The developer presents it as the first private EDITION residence building anywhere, and EDITION manages and operates it.

Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica designed the glass tower. Alessandro Munge's Studio Munge did the interiors. There are 185 residences in three collections, Bayfront, Signature and Sky, from a one bedroom and den of about 1,920 SF to a four bedroom of 3,760 SF, all with bay and ocean views, plus tri-level penthouses with their own rooftop pools.

At ground level the building opens onto the Miami Baywalk along more than 800 linear feet of water, connected to the park.

Three Collections, One Tower

The developer divides the tower by height. Interior areas are from the developer's October 2024 plans; ranges are from the availability sheet dated September 4, 2026.

The Bayfront three bedroom has about 400 SF more inside than a Signature three bedroom and still sits at the low end of the three bedroom range. You trade height for size. Most buyers chase floors; here the low floors are where the space is.
